Oliver is a corporate finance professional with twenty five years experience of mergers and acquisitions including due diligence, valuation, sale and purchase agreement negotiation and post-merger integration. He was a partner with Deloitte for 12 years responsible for transaction services and also risk management and compliance for the Deloitte Central Europe financial advisory practice. After leaving Deloitte he joined a start-up pharmaceutical cannabis business with operations in multiple countries and spent 3 years as CFO during which he raised approximately Euro 30m in financing and built the largest European cannabis production facility. Oliver is an Economics graduate of the University of Manchester and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales. He has served several terms on the Board of the British Polish Chamber of Commerce and is Chair of the Supervisory Board of Youth Business Poland a foundation supporting young entrepreneurs in Poland.
